I saw overnight that they closed the Basin bridge.

 

Smart, move on their part there’s no telling how many wrecks they would have on that thing this morning

I had to make a early delivery this morning... remember hoping school was closed when I was a kid..

 

hopefully all of you are having a better morning than me

 

Shop called me back. Apparently the starter went to hell. They tapped on it and the car fired right up

 

Went out this morning and all my car did was click when trying to start it. I knew it couldn’t have been the battery. I put in a NAPA Legend a little over a year ago and it still tests good, and using my jump pack didn’t work. Thankfully only $350-$400 to R&R starter

 

They say this practically every year. While I don't envy the crap they're getting south of MI, it's better to be near 0 than be 34 and sleeting, and getting colder. At least our snow is crunchy powder right now.

 

Car was fixed and i’ll pick it up after my roommate gets home from work after 4. Driving up to Fremont first to get my physical done tomorrow morning. Brenda said she can send the new medical card paperwork and stuff to the state of Kansas for me so i don’t have to worry about trying to get a load through town so i can go to the DMV
