Hey all,
I got my CDL in 2021 and worked OTR right out of school. During training, my "trainer" didn't really let me do any of the hard stuff, difficult backing, winter driving etc so when I got out on my own I felt totally unprepared and uncomfortable. I know I should have just said something but I just kinda moved on. I really want to give it another chance. I have maintained my CDL but I only have 7 months experience that's 3 years old. I welcome any advice as far as companies and ways to go about this. I was thinking if I tried team driving it might give me a better basis to work from. Thoughts??
I wanna give it another shot.....

A location would help to find potential companies that may be hiring.

If you want worthwhile feedback -- we really need to know your basic location ("eastern Texas" is just too vague).
A current zip code would work just great.

Teams are in demand at all times. Some companies will put you through a refresher course and then team or solo you, whichever you prefer.
