The heat index is two beers before lunch. I skipped out on church. I said it’s because I have too much work to do around the house.(which I do have a lot). But the truth is I really don’t feel like listening to Carey(the preacher) give a 10 minute sermon and then go on for another hour repeating what he covered in the first 10 minutes. That and I just don’t feel like smiling and glad handing today.

I probably need to work on my spiritual life, but at least I’m honest.

Will be beer time shortly. Gonna try my hand at making wings on the traeger later.

 

Get them in your rub/marinade early and let them get happy for 3-4 hours and you’ll be a lot happier with the results

 

Guess I’ll get on that now. Gonna try the 0-400 method
