Swap loads this morning then find out 3hrs later driver was involved in an accident..found out from driver that a flatbed with transformers with securement deficiencies had his load partially come off and hit his truck and he comes all the way back from i81 to Lenior to drop trl back off…

When they turn around and told me to pick up the trailer in the yard, the trailer wasn’t even here… Their communication skills really need to improve. I understand they got that piece of paper that says they got a four year education but frankly, it ain’t no better than my piece of paper that I didn’t pay a dime for
