Let’s say that the driver stopped abruptly and got rear ended and the bucket was high enough to go under..Who’s at fault now?

Yea looking at avalible info and video. Driver did a dumb, but the repair crew didnt exactly go out of their way to cover all their bases. Id call this a 90/10 split. 90% on the "professional" driver, bad angle or not he could see the bucket, could see it was low and should have been more cautious around it. At the very least cut to the inside lane. And the rest on the bucket crew that didnt properly mark, close or flag lanes.

One thing I've learned is just assume everyone around you is a complete moron. I'd have had that lane locked down before going up in the bucket.
