    Never buy from a fleet. Fleet maintained is the biggest red flag. Buy from an owner op.

    Being a 2012 is a plus for some, it's a pre-DEF engine. The MP8 is generally considered solid but with any truck of that age, you need to be cautious of potential EGR problems, which are a PITA

    Just check the turbo for any issues. The Endurant transmission is generally good, but have a mechanic connect a laptop to check for any stored fault codes

    250,000 miles is low. Condition depends on maintenance history though. A fleet truck could go either way
