    Very nice...
Nothing in the final proper one for support either, huh?
Goes back to: "If you want something done right, do it yourself...."

Tell him $3500.00 wired in and it is his. Bill of sale to read: Vehicle sold As is, Where is, with all faults.
You sign as seller, he as Buyer. Completed when $ is in hand.

Nah, Do you remember an old program (Radio -TV) the Naked city.
It went something like : The Naked City has a thousand stories... then launched in to that days segment...
Well, with trucks and drivers/owners, a thousand stories a lot alike is just a start...

Sounds good. I just don't have time to mess with it anymore. By the time I loaded up went and got it got it home all those expenses. I just think it's better to get rid of it. I would've never even known about it if this guy hadn't called me. Sounds like a young guy who's tired of tearing up his one ton daully hauling hay. He would like to have something a little bigger so I don't mind helping him out if that's what he wants to do. Lord knows enough people have helped me out over the years.

What you are looking for is a "quick detach" from it. Any claims for work done on it, any storage (parked there) fees, or some concocted lein on it. Statue of limitations will pretty well clear any thing, even some recorded (7)years, but every #### hand is out now and scratching "fo yo muny...."
The 3500 is just a chunk to throw in the road and not lay down to get run over by their 1st offer. I like to show resistance....

Hey, Post the results you get on this, we all are interested.
