Note that this is a charcoal burner, how does the smoke wood get mixed in?
Also curious to the temperature stability on these.
Can you set a temp, like 195 degrees and then let it go for 18 hours?
What if it Snows?

I have a raised platform in the ash bucket to put wood on as well.
I can go as low as 165.
It will go 10 to 16 hours depending on temp. Before I have to refuel.
