I wouldn't care to drive it very far, but it sure is cool to look at!

ATL Diesel should have just the actuator. It needs to be calibrated. I have done it manually before, no laptop, but I don't know if it works on that model. The one I did you set the vanes at the 22 degree mark and install. It will cycle a few time to relearn position and it should work.

That being said if you ain't married to the idea of just doing the actuator I'd recommend replacing the whole shooting match.

I went aftermarket. I know alot of isx guys say only stick with oem with everything but its hard to find oem stuff right away and its incredibly expensive for everything... the turbo i took off was from hd-turbo no idea how many miles on it.. i bought one from momentumworx, company out of PA. Pretty sure its just chinese made but ill see how much life i get out of it. No complaints so far after about 3k miles... Ive used some stuff from atl diesel as well and they seem ok, but i dont have alot of miles on anything yet so its hard to know.

I was reading on Rawse forums, and found 3 instances where he mentioned a plugged muffler doing what my truck is. Trying to decide if he’s FOS or if I should use it as an excuse to put a set of real pipes on

Over 20 years of trucking and this morning is the first time blowing out a steer tire at 70 mph. I got lucky and maintained control until I got stopped.

    Good morning

That’ll shore nuff get your attention.
I blew one back in 2009. About a year after I started. Knoxville TN, rush hour, it’s an attention getter.
Considering the abuse a steer tire takes, I’ve been amazed it doesn’t happen more often.
