Now I've got video of this company hitting my truck, the damage is minimal, another driver witnessed this happen, and got video, he talked to the driver, and told him about the video he had, and that he should contact me, and tell me what had happened, but the driver wasn't having any of it, if the driver would have been a man, come to me, and told me what had happened, I’d have let him off the hook, but since he decided to try and just walk away, i contacted the local police department, and they sent out and officer, After speaking with the officer, showing him the video, he went and knocked on the sleeper, but no one answer, he was waiting at the drivers truck, and when the driver came out of the truck stop, and started to walk to his truck, he spotted the police waiting for him, he looked over to me, and then and only then, he thought he better come talk to me, but to little, to late, but now, this foreign owned and foreigner drivers are giving me the run around!, the cheapest way i found to replace my grill, was $650 + $200 s/h for an aftermarket grill, I thought I was still trying to be nice by going this route, instead of a dealer, and going through their insurance, even though they have a few accidents, and 2 fatalities! Trying to contact their insurance, is another nightmare! Venera Inc DOT 3945620 MC 1466725 out of PA, Company snapshot says they have 52 trucks, and their address is a apartment! 1549 Stoney Ln apt B. Rant over!

"Thank God the police are here"
Words I ain't never spoke nor heard in my life.

But had I went through all the effort you put in, I'd have wanted to see that chump hauled off on a hit & run charge or leaving the scene of an accident at least..

Police report in hand I'd be getting OEM replacement money out their insurance.

    Sorry for your troubles amigo..

Your easiest way to get your rig fixed is file the claim on your insurance.
If you have his insurance and all the other appropriate information your insurance company will likely go after his and eventually they will get your deductible back to you.
Years ago I was sideswiped and the guilty parties insurance company jacked me around. I contacted 2 different Attorneys and they both told me I would have a better experience filing with my insurance and that was exactly why I was paying them.

Your rig is not getting fixed by them . Nowadays if they are allowed to leave scene without a E-transfer or cash for repair they won’t pay.. any credit card payment they dispute as stolen .. we’ve been dealing with this in Canada for 2 decades at least ..
