Yep give it to me, no offence taken. Hope 34KW is ok with us hijacking his thread. I have access to lathe, milling machine, and a gun welder.

Build your own leaf and a half using a fabricated half leaf and front bushing eye, and a single, custom full length leaf.
D.Tibbitt, sawmill, Feedman and 1 other person Thank this. -
haha I like it. Guess I'll ring Paccar in the morning, and a spring maker.
Or can I beg for your help and get your spring maker to knock up a set, then you add all the paraphernalia and send it in a box to me.
Now I read 4 bags is for for the higher torque of disc brakes, so won't needing that. Also appears this 1.5 spring is flatter than a traditional set of springs, or is just shorter. From what I can roughly gather my k100 are 1626mm less AG130 1544mm leaves 82mm difference, or a bit over 3". So this is where you say re drill and move the rear hangers to fit. What size bag to 6T, what rating spring steel for either leaf.
Better talk to an engineer here me thinks, but if they are paccar or a perfect copy than it should pass easy enough. Why do you think its only for T660, T800, T2000 chassis? -
Can I ask you lads what open and closed length shock you using. Looks as if I can get the air bag in Aus, springs and bushes will have to come from the US. Think my truck has the hangers already.
