Got a question DB. What would you do if you pulled over a truck with 4 drivers in it. 3 of them fresh out of school? Isn't that illegal? There're are 2 seat's and it's illegal to be in the top bunk when the truck is moving. So where is the 4th driver to sit? Besides the 2 up front are on duty so whats the point?

As far as I know it's not illegal in my State. I have had as many as 5 in the bunk. Hell I routinely get driver's that jump out of the saddle and another one jumps in when driving 55 mph or faster when I stop them. They are suppose to have the bunk restraints, but Not many check them. -
NICE!!!
5 morons in 1 truck... -
We hauled horses commercially and the grooms would ride in the trailer with the horses. We would pick 15 horses and 8 mexicans in the dead of winter in Mn and haul to Ft.Lauderdale, Fl. Those guys would all bring liquor and a blanket and curl up in the hay. We would stop every 5 hours to feed and water horses. It was quite a site to see at the truckstop when we let all of the grooms out of the trailer. I know some of you drivers out there had to have seen this. Actually we would have to stop at the Ag. station in Fl and have the horses checked by the officers. No one ever said anything about them riding back there. The first time we hauled them I thought for sure I would end up in jail! Never pushed my luck in asking one of the officers if it was legal.
