get a written report from the second doctor, supply it to Swift and yes tell them.
JustSonny Thanks this. -
you should tell them about the whole experience, but they do not pull medical records as far as i know. they do do a pretty good background on you, but i'm not sure what is involved in it. but when in doubt, tell them and everything will be fine

Swift asked me about my back surgery back in '05. No paaper work or investigation.
Too bad you even mentioned this as they don't check.
Prime on the other hand sent 10 pages of crap to the doctor. He wanted to charge them $50 to fill it out. I think they wanted me to pay for it.
Swift isn't concered with BMI either. You ought to see the lard buckets at some of the terminals!red S-10 and Schmidtrock Thank this. -
im new to all this and read how they send people home for the smallest thing,i am taking the better safe than sorry route i dont need any suprises while im out on the road.

Make sure you take all the information with you when you go...dr's number, name, addy, fax #. Even with getting the Swift paperwork filled out prior to going. Just cover your bases. Also get that letter from the Dr. even if your recruiter says you don't need it. PLEASE trust me on this item. Make sure you've got your own back covered so if there is any question you can immediately produce information and the letter.
It's good to be forewarned but even better to be foreARMED. *nods*JustSonny and Schmidtrock Thank this.
