Welcome to the hood rookie, before you get all choked up about all the new experiances your going to have, just remember why you took this step in the first place. At first you need to remind yourself a lot. When you turn on that CB radio you are not always going to get what you want, or expect. A lot of times I hear guys dumping on women, just because they are female. Any big city or truckstop there will be a lot of CB traffic, I mostly let it turned off. Although there are a lot of times that that radio is the best thing in the world to have on hand, it has saved my tail more than once. Companies vary but the thrust seems to be the same as most places nowadays, keep the production up, the complaints down and get 'er done. Stay focused, don't take it personally and when you get frustrated, make a call to somebody you can talk to, somebody that can make you feel good if you can. There is money here but a lot of responsability and learning to be had to make it work. Everybody has advice to give, if you are not sure ask the same questions, get several opinions because the fines can be hefty. Good luck from a guy with about a years exp. drive55cat
