It'll be a cold day before I stop at a PeelotJ for any thing other than pay at the pump fuel.

On a recent 4 wheeler trip the wife and I stopped at 2 different Js. This is my first experience with the Js since the take over.
Sure enough, Peelot has them ruined. LONG lines at the fuel desk isn't the word for it!!!! Only 2 cashiers at both places with the lines 8+ deep to pay. Its ridiculous!!!!!!!!

    HFC Thanks this.

Be prepared to see more of this. Cost controls will be affecting the employee availability as well. So much, that I bet neither of the employees working the registers were the managers.

    Where were the managers?

I can remember from the pre-Flying Peelot days when you would have five people at a register and another one would open up till you had all registers opened. I can only recall a very few times when I saw the managers on the registers.

Our didn't go away, as a matter of fact Pilot put in brand new chairs and tables and a big screen tv on the wall. I thought that was pretty awesome.

Well its a improvement for the Bakersfield J. Glad to see it. Flying J's had lines before, drivers have short memories. Both allow pay at the pump why go inside for fuel.. Unless your an O/O.

Lives in Ohio and was at the J in Tulsa.

You think maybe he never filled out the personal information to show as a trucker correctly?
