Prime's lease deal. The math gets done.

Like any type of business , if you go SELF EMPLOYED its a risk , some make it work others fail.

I hate that. Its really odd where I get and dont get messages sometimes.

I had to drive around the parking lot in Kingman the other day for a signal to get out. waiting for fuel didnt work, obviously while fueling under the canopy wouldnt work, but the pull through lane didnt work either.

 

Sometimes you need to get that dome on the southwest side of the truck. Heavey clouds will also stop your signal from coming in the same as it does to that dish network TV. It also helps to circle around very slowly and watch that light! Even big cities with tall buildings block signal.Darn what happened to Highway master? Have cell have singal!

 

Parked on the north side of a 150' tall mast with a "Love's" sign on it one time. About a dozen spaces away from it. Now, you'd think that was ok... NOT! RF is weird stuff, especially at low signal strengths... had the weekend, night-shift replacement, third-string dispatch wannabe calling me after awhile because the QC didn't update.

 

That's a good point. I drove for them for 10 years and had a million miles safe driving for them. My advice is just read the lease contract. If you read the contract you will find the driver pays for everything and you the driver agrees to the lease when you sign it. That's true. Prime does not want you to buy the truck for it is a lease,not a lease purchase. That being said how are they ripping you off? You agreed to pay for everything when you signed the lease.
