Wow i never thought id here that name on this forum. I ran for them for awhile. Its a good thing he has his own truck because there trucks are raggity at best. LOL then you are pulling new trailers that he has bought in the past 3 years. The pay is ok you will be running mostly paper rolls, mail, miller beer, and quad graphics flyers. Things there operate a little slow but its not that bad of a place. Just remeber to cover your own rear as in most places.

Holy Crap!! AM express. I agree with you that I never thought I would see that name on this forum. They do have some junk equipment but not as bad as Gunville.

Thank you for you replies, sounds like the freight is the recession proof kind (that's a good thing). Looking to find out as much as possible, since we don't know any current drivers there. It's always nice to hear positive or neutral posts than negative. Thank you again.

Hahahahaha. I saw some trailers that I pulled brand new at Gunville's just last week. Wow!! They are ragged looking now. A.M. Express, Niagara Logistics, Mike Berg and Gunville. The cream of the crop for pulling dry van in the Northern Wisconsin and Upper Pennisula of Michigan.

Jumbo, I agree with you on the others but, I always thought Niagra Logistics had some pretty descent equipment. Am I wrong bout that?

This is hubby, in this area (south east michigan) aka cut throat capital for cheap freight. Everyone is driving in smaller circles, we used to call it local/interstate. Where I'm leased to now has me on the &*$# list because I refused their loser loads to Canada. When I hired on We had agreed to no short hops, guess if it's not in writing, it's as good as the paper it wasn't written on, these days. Just looking to work, mostly smart, not breaking my back for the man. Thank you for your replies
