Well out of the 3 I would do more research. Personally when I started driving 4 months ago I did months of research spent several hours at truck stops and personally hard narrowed my list to in this order 1 being who I work for

    1. Watkins and Shepard
    2. May
    3. Prime
    4. Stevens

US Xpress was a no because they run automatics. Schneider was a no just did not recruiter and the drivers I spoke to really had nothing positive to say. WSE did not get much info on these guys just know both the drivers I talked to 5 months ago said freight was low and they were only averaging 1800 miles a week.

    Good luck on your search.

YES check out the DAC section for Watkins Shepard on this site. I averaged 2800-3200 per week depending on how the run fell. I was home every 3 weeks by my choice for 3 days each time. They like you to be out at least 14 days at a time. I know several drivers who do 5 weeks out then 5 days home. They do pretty good with getting you home on-time. They are also good during emergencies and you have to get home they take care of you.
