As to which PAM shops to avoid....
MOST if not ALL of them! 8 days Irving for an AC Compressor. 7 Days Tontitown for some stuff. Just a little over a month later 8 days Tontitown for some stuff.
2 days Laredo for some stuff. 4 hours Laredo for one trailer tire. 3 hours another time for two tires.
I've stopped complaining about my truck. I'm just biding my time until the year is up.
I'm not your typical new hire. And I am SURE there is a company better suited to ME out there.
My honest, no BS, opinion of P.A.M.

I am leaning towards PAM for the Dec 27th class. I have read and read about PAM on here. I am going into this open minded ready for anything. Working any job at first isn't very much fun but thats life. Any advice about PAM would be great. Are there any dedicated runs through Northeast Arkansas? Thanks guys!

Effin' weekend dispatch. Won't even tell me to go to ****. Can't get nothin' out of 'em.
Mistake was calling attention to fewer hours just now due to an easy run with a couple 5.5 and a 3.5 -
I don't know it all.
But I KNOW I and PAM do not have a nice happy relationship. I am SO not going to be with them when my year is up. If I gotta drive a garbage truck or haul wood chips I will NOT be with PAM. -

What is going on with you and PAM? Im going with them and want the heads up on any issues that will or may arise. -
Some of PAM's dispatches were aggravating me but most of it wasn't to bad.
The occasional slow weekend didn't bother me.
Like others said the worst part is certain company repair shops. The one I tended to like was Willard, OH. It seemed to be the place to go for A/C repair.
