I leave for Driver Solutions on Sunday in North Little Rock. PAM is the company I will be working for. I started this whole process last wednesday, so it has moved along pretty quickly. David the DS recruiter was nice but very short and quick about things he tried to get off the phone as quick is as possible. There is a bonus of $1200 which was extended to the day I leave for class. You get $200 after CDL training then $500 after 90 days of employment then another $500 after 180 days. The only way to get the bonus is
Requires driver to have applied for (or received) a Haz Mat endorsement to receive the 90-day $500 sign on bonus payout.
** Requires driver to hold a Haz Mat endorsement to receive the 180-day $500 sign on bonus payout

Well I will keep everyone posted and if you have advice or anything just shoot at me. Thanks a bunch

The Challenger and red S-10 Thank this.

Good luck atlhawks! How did you finally decide to go with Pam? They are one of the companies that hire in my area.

I really just wanted the experience. My dad is a driver and he told me that I needed to get as much time with another driver as possible. PAM makes you go team for the 1st 6 months if there is a driver within 50 miles of you. I believe there will be one that close to me. I want to be the best I can be and getting as much experience with a driver will be best.

don't be surprised if you end up at another company than PAM. I went through DS, supposedly for PAM but ended up at USA. i have to admit either way it worked out well though, good luck and keep an open mind!

I understand that lol. I have definitely put in my head to be very open minded. I am only going to stay with PAM as long as I have to. Unless of course it turns out to be a match made in heaven lol.
