Ok, my new habbit consists of taking many naps throughout the day. Don't know if it's a good one or bad one, but I'm not sure about the forum so adios.
probably on here waiting to see a reflection of yourself, ole suicide junkie.
Take it from me, the real hyphenated-American.

I'm not one of the stupid-rude people, go ahead and rule the airwaves bro (not this thread). It's not for cb chat where sheit is accepted.

From conversations with PAM drivers and inside employees, they really aren't a bad company. Not many bad posts about them either. There were some economic problems for awhile but they seem to be on the right track now. New equipment and new people who have a stake in making the company more profitable. There is a lot of longivity both in the drivers and in their offices, that says a lot...

How many investors should you include?
With the right investor, you'd only need one.
I can arrange to put fifty thou at your disposal as a short term loan. No credit or background checks and the terms are basic.
All that's required is your cash deposit for fifty thou and the boys in the finance department will start the ball rollin' by settin' up your payment plan, --- the usual grand a week, --- plus a small gratuity would be appreciated.
Collection of payment on the principle would commence the followin' Monday, and every Monday thereafter, --- until the borrowed amount (plus a moderate amount of interest) is repaid in full. The money is yours for as long you want it, and continue to make the payments on time, every time for all time.

We won't get into the consequences of missed payments. I trust you won't let that happen.

Have your front office contact my people. They'll pencil you in for an appointment, we'll do lunch and talk some more.
The only way I could enjoy my journey any more than I am now,
is if I was twins. :evil4::laughing6:

To you I wish good health, prosperity and an overall peaceful, easy feelin' in the comin' 365 days. May there be a confident bounce in your walk, and a good line when you talk. Let no one come betwixt you and that which you strive for and desire to achieve.
Anything above and beyond that, will cost extra. :smt107:evil3::smt112

    I didn't do nothin'.
    Nobody saw me.
    You can't prove a thing.
    You don't say, ---------
One post can do all that?!
    Hmmmmmmmm
    What happens with two posts?
Maybe my posts are a tad off frequency, causin' 'em to bleed-over with interference. Let me know if the occurrence is consistently persistent. Might need to install a noise filter or a choke to eliminate any problem(s)
    A thousand thanx, good neighbor.
I think I'll take you up on your offer
The mere fact that coffee exists is proof positive that there truly is
    a God.
And I thank Him for each mornin' when I rise, coffee already brewin', --- what a pleasant surprise. :coffee2::sunny::smt109

Let's not forget that I'm spreading the word for new drivers to keep this longevity with the company and not be as ignorant to some of the policies as I was. It's when the company (more specifically claims dept) asks you as a driver HOW certain incidents occurred, that one may realize that they are heading down the road to unemployment. Take for instance my experience, well the shop techs -Irving- were looking for some work to do when I parked my truck for 3 days to take some time off and they noticed a little crack in the windshield. They then proceeded to open the hood and noticed a broken bracket on the hood mount that supported the hood when opened. The truck already had scrape damage before the truck was downed and the complete hood was reordered (I was aware that was how it had to be replaced because it was all but one problem that could be fixed upon the adding of new scheduled steer tires on one shop write-up -N.Little Rock). 3 days off plus 7 days waiting on the hood part to be replaced equals 10 days off, and these numbers didn't add up to me for an unexpected inspection and downing of the truck. Had I offered the time to get the hood replaced I would've been a lot cooler tempered. The part still had not arrived after the 7th day, and I heard stories about one girl waiting two weeks on a hood because as you may know those parts are nowhere else but Tontitown. so guess what, I accept the loaner truck that was offered on the first day of my arrival from 3 days off (took it just because i was in TX but was really due 2 more days because I had been out more than 5 wks), and begin rolling. I don't mention that the installation of certain niceties kept me from making this decision from the moment I found the truck downed, but that was the main reason i waited on the truck. Then I realized I was living in a tin container and it seemed cool for them boys in management to tell me to switch homes if I wanted to. Anyway, I started rolling in the loaner which i knew i wouldn't want to move out of after my moving day, and began coping with inexperience of all of the different functions I was unfamiliar with (had to reach across to roll the window down, optimized idle, fuel gauge, engine sound, location of rear view mirrors in respect to side view - hindered effect, etc... you should catch my drift - I was rather pampered) when i suddenly received message to call claims. That's why i say take deep breaths. I was a more competent driver at this point and i realized all i needed was a cruise control switch to do my job. I had received a little stress from PAM with a Decker load that didn't have an appointment and sat for a while but my DM did good to make sure we dropped that load and start fresh with an empty. That's why I liked that guy, he was all about looking for empties. So with my unfamiliarity of the truck's turning space and location of the best 5th wheel position for my style of trucking, i ran into a dilemma when I got loaded in a rural area and nearly tore the sleeper panel off before noticing I wasn't going to make the turn due to a hill hump in the turning area. nevertheless, i was able to get the trailer backed into the dock but the damage could've been expensive. A week later accident claims wants to speak to me concerning the truck I moved out of and wants to know HOW did that big ole dent get into the side. So you see, I was awesome, but i wasn't bodacious. I made the correct judgment to keep the truck moving and give a heads up thru post-trip log about the scrape so for someone to know nothing of the scrape was baffling to me. I explained what could've caused damage to the hood and reported pushing up against the trailer when I made the u-turn. No, and not at all, will I say PAM is a terrible company, but who have they known longer, me, or the safety and accident dept personnel. My delivery record had nothing to do with tenure as a company driver. I was ticked because those guys canned me under personal frustration (wait til monday to meet w/safety) and implied i wasn't a safe driver.

I highly doubt anyone would invest in a truck for after seeing the shape the last one was in:biggrin_25523: The rate of return on their $ will be based on how many times he wins the DEMOLITION DERBY

yes they do, & there are a few there to counter the added humiliation.

the signature image is the UMiami mascot Sebastien! if you look closely you will see MIAMI written nearby. What's your favorite mascot or college team?

Looks like a swan to me
