Drivers Beware Of Rjm Global, Saying They Are Out Of Carson City Nevada, When They Are Really Cool Express Of Wisconsin With A New Name. Some Of The Same Drivers, They Had A Safety Rating Of 98.25, Changed Names Now They Have A Clean Slate. They Will Lie To You, Cheat You & Screw You At Every Turn. The Owners Make You Sign A Contract Saying You Are An Independent Contract Driver, So You Are Responsible At Tax Time For Their Share Of Taxes, & Withholdings. They Want You To Lie On Logs, Times, To Brokers, Avoid Scales, Run Overweight & Many Other Unscrupulous Acts. They Just Want To Run You Into The Ground, While Lining Their Pockets. Dot Is Onto Them, And They Are Advising Drivers To Go Out Of Route To Avoid All Scales, Especially In Wisconsin. They Don'[t Pay Fuel Surcharges, And Have Changed Names So Many Times In Last Few Years. Their Equipment Is Junk. Not Many Have A Good Word To Say At All. So Watch Out!!!

Yeah, a friend just got off that band wagon after over 2 years with them. They downsized and force their company drivers to buy trucks with them in order to work there. They use the same address as a credit agency in Carson City Nevada. Not really sure if they are actually affiliated with them or not. They are buying trucks at auctions and trying to sell them to their drivers with no history and high miles. Many of the drivers have chosen to do this yet most are new drivers and know nothing about the cost of operating a truck.

My friend last paycheck was ripped off for over 800 dead head miles that he questioned and they told him they changed the policy and no longer pay for dead head miles. He never signed any new contract nor was he ever told that he was not going to be paid for working for them hauling trailers to Iowa. He had to switch trucks so much he went through 10 in a year because they kept telling him they were selling his. The trucks he ended up with were so bad and at one point he had to purchase windshield wipers and sent his receipts in like he always did, only to be told they no longer reimburse for these things without prior approval.

The owner said he had to force drivers to buy their own trucks because they were "sabatoging his". Right! These drivers counted on those beat up trucks for their bread and butter and there is no way they would want to purpose sabatoge the owners trucks.

The first interview he had with them, they asked him if he knew how to cheat on logbooks. He was very concerned but a new driver and really felt trapped.

The only drivers they kept were the ones who cheat on logbooks and drive illegally.

Dispatch forced those drivers and constantly hounded them to drive way past their 11 hours and never once paid any of their fines for doing so.

He was shocked in the end to be face to face with the owner wife telling him she was going to rob 800 miles from him because she changed the policy on paying for dead head miles after he drove non stop for two weeks hauling empty trailers from Indiana to Iowa.

This is a very very bad company with a lot of issues. They have a history of ripping off drivers paychecks and when the heat gets too much, they change their name.

My friend just smiled at them and said no problem and turned it into the state labor laws with his log books.

Yeah I Worked There A Year & When I Told Them I Was Bringing The Truck Back To Yard They Threatend To Keep My Check, Charge Me A Dollar A Mile & Other Crap. They Stopped Payment On My Direct Deposit Even. The Owner Hides Behind The Guises Being A "good Christian" Man. He's Giving The Whole "christian" Religion A Bad Name. On The Safernet Website, You Can See Rjm Global Has A Physical Address In Muscoda, Wis., Which Is Just Another Building That Darrell & Dan Own. They Will Stoop To The Lowest Level To Get Anybodys Last Dollar. Now They Are Downsizing, Supposedly, And Turning The Yard Into A Used Car Lot. That There Ought To Say Something About Their Character. They've Leased Trucks & Didn't Pay For Them, All Those Western Stars, They Were Junk, Just Like All The Stuff He Has.
They Let 8 Drivers Go One Week, Telling Them They Didn't Have Truckis For Them, And That Could Not File For Unemployment, So I Know They've Been Turned Into That Gov. Office Too. I Saw The Message Dan Sent To Remaining Drivers Saying He "#### Canned" Those 8 Drivers, Not That He Didn't Have Trucks. I Could Go On & On About These Crooks, But I Have A Feeling In The End, With All The Law Suits Against Them & The Info The Dot Is Gathering They Will Get Their Come Upance....and None To Soon.

THEY ARE CONSTANTLY HAVING TROUBLES WITH COMDATA, AND THAT IS HOW THEY PAY THEIR DRIVERS, WITH COM CHECKS, ALWAYS SOME EXCUSE WHY PAYROLL ISN'T READY.

Ma'am, you do realize you do not have to capitalize the first letter of every word, right? That does tend to make posts hard to read.

You guys who've worked for this outfit need to call up Jim Johnston at OOIDA and let him know about 'em. Maybe you can get a class action suit going of some kind.

Maybe you can even stop in and meet the OOIDA bunch in person and tell them all about this company. The OOIDA headquarters is on I-70 about 10-15 miles east of Kansas City. They have truck parking, albeit the lot isn't that big.

They ended up "renting an address", which is basically what they are using now, hoping to hide from all their law suits against them.
