Anyone ever hear anything about them?
They have about a 40 truck fleet with about 10 distribution centers across the country.
They have a local ad wanting drivers for regional, assigned trucks, home weekends and 42 cpm...
Can't find much info on the net about them and wondered if anyone here has any info on them.

there is not to much info about there trucking division online, Last I saw a add up here in seattle they were paying 40cpm on all miles. It would be a dedicated job I would assume delivering to either bedding warehouses or furniture stores in your domicile. I have seen there equipment it looks old and beat up. Good luck
EZ Money Thanks this. -

I know a guy who drives for them, they treat him rite. Drivers usually unload the mattresses.

Unloading bedding would not be that bad. -
I initally accepted, but over the weekend rethought the numbers and turned them down yesterday.
I'm from Chattanooga and decided that commuting 110 miles to and from work twice a week was too much (12000 miles of driving my car, my gas, my increased insurance premiums).
Work starts Sunday when you get your loaded trailer, do your pre-planning and start for your Monday delivery. Region covered as explained to me was "picture Knoxville and Memphis on the map, draws a line thru each north and south - from the coast to the border and everything in between (read Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Cincy, ATL ...). 1 - a dozen stops per load (no mention of stop pay). their locations are not warehouses, they are plants, they do not store product, they make it to order and deliver it directly to the customer. Driver tailgates load only.
Older equipment.
Company paid health is best benny going for them.
Around 2400 miles a week. Usually home Fridays, occasionally not back til Saturday.
Nice guy in charge - seems like a very good company and a great opportunity if I lived in Shelbyville. For me though, I want OTR and had expected inter-plant deliveries going to their other locations in TX, AZ, and WA. But deliveries are retail only within the region (occasional opportunity to go to TX or other location to fill in temp for other drivers) so be ready to work up trip plans for multiple street addresses through out the week and driving local city streets to make store deliveries. As I say, it is basically local P&D and not true OTR, but for P&D seems like a good deal. Of course, local delivery in Chicago winters or being in that trailer for 4 hours on an Atlanta August afternoon isn't everyone's cup of tea! ; )bigfoot350, EZ Money and Rocks Thank this. -
Great info! Thanks!
That explained plenty of questions i had. They told me that running out of Greensboro they cover PA to south GA...
My mistake on the 47 cpm....I looked and it was 42 in Greensboro.
I guess they figure that covers stop pay.
I figured the trucks to be older but that would not be bad if they keep them up.
Any Quallcom in the trucks?
I'm in the same situation....about 105 miles to drive there for me too.. -
Rocks Thanks this.

i have worked for them for them 14 mo.it's all about you.you work hard and learn the process of the business you'll make good $$.it's about a $50,000 yr job for good driver's.you complain ,drag ###, you'll be lucky to bring home 30,000.home every weekend,if your not home by friday or early saturday it's probably you.if you want to just drive this job is not for you.it can be hard work only if you let it.most of the time you start out full and drive back empty.no waiting at shippers or receiver's. it's not for everyone.i think they have about 200 trucks.summer suck's and winter is cold,it is not that bad.
