Read the thread 'LCT' by LMB, its all there, everything.

 

Don't believe every thing you read on that thread. Their maintinance is realy bad.

 

There again someone who doesan't know what he is talking about. I take care of my own truck, any major repairs, I take it to a reputable shop

 

Interesting you say that because...... some drivers on that thread have made it CLEAR that they don't like or use the JCT shop.

So are you saying don't listen to them?

 

You can take your truck to any shop of YOUR choice. The maintenance of your truck is your responsibility, not JCTs.

 

Have taken the truck to another shop and what happened was, they called the JCT shop to get approval to do the work. JCT decided that sence it was warrenty they could do it. This went on for a week before any work was done to our truck. one week lost wages. Another time JCT shop said they had done work to the truck and come to find out a couple of days later, broke down, they had not done what they said they had done and cost another weeks wages, motel, and a great big tow bill. This week, for the second time same part, down another week because of what they didn't fix caused major problems' and another weeks lost wages. There excuse this time was they could never find out were the parts were or what anyone had done. You say you can take your truck to another shop, but JCT has to approve it if you want to use your money that you have in your maint. accout with JCT, at least this is what I have experianced.
