Trucking can be like a bad marriage...

No wonder these people have lost touch with the common American worker...

The idea or belief that you can 'hourly' wage or 'labour' you way to this kind of prosperity is obsurd...

Great wealth like this is amassed through other means, not punching a time clock...

Bonuses, corporate bonuses being one of them, for simply accomplishing an assignment a 5th grader could do...

'Well done Bob, here's your $30 million dollar bonus for the quarter'

'shouldn't we give it back to our labourers?'

'No Bob, we have Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity telling their listeners to give up collective bargining, and destroy all unions, just take that 30 million dollar bonus and invest it over seas....by the way, how's Samantha?'

 

I feel I have let you down...

God will never let you down...God is eternal...I'm temporary...

All I have is the moment...and I have 'intentions'....but in the end...it is God who will decide what happens, and it is God where your salvation lies...

First off, yes I had a moment last night, but needed to get that out...and still mean it...you can't go wrong with God, God forgives, and you move on...

Humans don't really have that ability...that's why I'm able to rebound so quick and fast...cause of him, not anyone on here...

My issue with trucking has never really been with induvisual companies themselves, but rather the over all lifestyle....

Again, not the companies per say, rather the lifestyle one must live.

I'm the type that I can go with just about any company and make money...

It's really not that hard, just drive and keep your mouth shut...

And if a company doesn't care about logs, why should I...it's that simple...

When I get on the Report a bad trucking company thread, I hear a lot of drivers complaining about stuff that drivers of old wouldn't even be affected by...

If you're a driver that likes to run by strict log book abherence...than your check will reflect that...nough said...

If you run, you gotta know how to play the game...this isn't rumperoom...

My gosh, and I thought I was 'soft'...

I never realized how many new or wet, drivers were on here...
I don't really venture out beyond here anymore...but maybe I should to help a few helpless lambs...

True, the lifestyle isn't desirable to me, but when I do go out with a company...believe me, I know how to make money...

I don't go out there to sleep long hours at rest stops or truck stops, like all the others I see doing, as I observe them from the interstate...

Truck stops packed by 3-4 pm....like migrating geese or something...I'm just getting warmed up by that time...

To bad the truly old time drivers who were out there from 2001 and back, arent around to help these newbies...cause one of the first things they would tell these new drivers is it's about 'attitude' when your out there...

Almost like going to war...and when you come home you can relax...
But if you go out there with all these demands, you won't make nothing...all you'll do as agrivate them, and they'll agrivate you...
