I was delivering to bases about ever other day and had them check my cab about ever other time. I am licensed to carry and do sometimes. With that said alot of people sometimes say i will kill someone if they try this or that... But untill that day comes they really don't know what they would do. Killing someone would be a lot harder than alot of people think !!! I would like to think if its the only way i could live than i would ,But it would be tough.. There's alot of people that have no buisness driving much less carrying a firearm. 99% of the time being alert and watching what you do and where you park you can prevent this from ever happenning. It is a right. Not a mandate. I reserve the right to carry if I choose. But, I choose not to. That is also my right.

I have never said that right should be taken from anyone else.

i will not look it up but i believe the fmcr's prohibit fire arms in commercial vehicles.

yes injun you should be armed. you are one of the first americans.

young mr zamudio chambered a round at tuscon and holstered his legally concealed weapon.
he stated that it was unsafe to fire in the crowded area and helped restrain the shooter
my county issues 2000 concealed permits a year and i have never heard of an incident with our legally armed citizens.
our deputies have made some bad shoots tho

Good thing you are not looking it up. It would be a waste of your time. It is not in there.

An equally silly question would be, should you be allowed to carry a bible in your truck.

I prefer to carry an AR-15, a claymore mine and 1/4 pound of C-4. Something to get me out of any situation.

It's my legal right to set fire to my hair. But I'm not going to do it. A "right" isn't a demand. It's also my right to be taken out to dinner tonight by my husband. THAT I'm going to do. :biggrin_25522:

Where did you hear/find this info? There is nothing that says you cant carry a weapon in a commercial vehicle. It is up to your company policy. And of course there is the reciprocity laws. But it is leagal to carry a firearm in a commerical vehicle.
