:biggrin_25510: Im working for .24 a mile and .11 when they MAKE me team drive. ontop of that they take ur money on every check that u recieve. The dispatch talks to u like ur crap no matter race color or creed.

The worst trucks in the freaking world. i havent had a truck from them that hasnt broken down at least twice a week and thats almost an understatement.

We run around all weigh stations. we doctor all of our logs. we drive untill we cant drive any more. and when u over sleep after driving 36 to 48 sometimes even 60 hours straight; " only resting while being loaded ", they argue, bit3h and complain and take money from u.

I know what ur saying, " y not leave them"? right? well its hard to do that when ur getting at least 4 tickets a week for 10 months because of their equipment. jobs from all over is just rejecting me because of all of these tickets that i recieve. no moving violations, speeding etc.... just stuff like getting put out of service for brakes. hoods has no latch. they refuse to give me fire extinguisher no triangles. oil leaking from the entire frame of truck. no updated ifta sticker. outstanding tickets in the companys name.

So i warn u, pls stay the heck away from this company... unless u have no hope in getting a job anywhere else, or u just want to go to jail.

The question is not why you haven't left. It's why did you take the job in the first place?

Driver only you could be held to this standard as you chose to put up with these conditions
    Truck Condition:Always YOUR responsibility
Tickets:Again you choose to drive like this,4 a week for 10 months, that has to be a record,,and you say its the companys fault:biggrin_25513:

You're foolish for driving busted equipment. No carrier can legally make you drive. Now it's on YOUR hands when something happens.

It's YOUR fault you've gotten tickets.

Sounds to me like YOU are letting the company bend you over and "take advantage" of you.

You can refuse to drive for all of the reasons stated above.

When you "doctor" your log, it's YOUR fault when you get caught.

You're digging your own grave in the trucking industry.

Put your foot down and don't let them treat you like that. Report them... don't drive the trucks without passing a pre-trip inspection! Don't wind up injured, dead or killing a bunch of people because of equipment failure!

You received all those tickets because YOU chose to drive it in that condition. The pre-trip on your log says you accept the truck in its present state. Sorry to be blunt about it, but that's a "YOU" problem.

Three daughters and a wife at home are the REAL reason to do things right... I'm not going to lecture you, but this:

"out of service for brakes. hoods has no latch. they refuse to give me fire extinguisher no triangles. oil leaking from the entire frame of truck. no updated ifta sticker"

is ALL your fault. All of those things are pre-trip inspection items. IFTA sticker?? Come on... you notice that the truck doesn't have a current IFTA sticker, you tell your permits person, they get you one. This is APRIL, and running without a current sticker is a guaranteed ticket.

Fire extinguisher and triangles? Refuse to give them to you... dude, you can't run without them, period.

Time to call in DOT and get these things handled... I'd be talking to a state trooper asap, let them jump in, and then you can run a legal truck.

I love these people that run illegally, BY THEIR OWN DOING, and post it on a public forum....

    >>>>So i warn u, pls stay the heck away from this company... unless u have no hope in getting a job anywhere else, or u just want to go to jail.

You should have said, "stay away from me and don't hire me as I will do anything and risk others on the road for a buck"...

When I used to train, the first rule I gave the trainee was:

The ONLY one who is truly looking out for you is YOU.

If you operated a truck with all those things wrong, it's on your head. I understand the family situation....hell, I'm still in it. Been bankrupt too. But nothing is worth what you have voluntarily continued to subject yourself to.

    Good luck.

He's pretty much shot himself in the foot anyway, with gunthers, if anyone from their company reads this forum.
