    Quit driving dude!

You haven't figured out where you are screwing up?

You expect us to believe that this company just absolutely refuses to fix their equipment but throw that kind of money away? That many tickets a week any idiot figures it's cheaper to fix it than pay twice on the problem! Must be a bunch of them in that office!

I'm about to call BULL on this.

You say that you can't get a job anywhere else but tell us they are all equipment violations? OK if you say so!

But to tell you the truth you won't have to worry about a driving job too much longer because the folks at the CSA are all falling on the floor laughing body parts off trying to add up all the points you have on your score card so maybe in 1000 years when all those points fall off you can come back to driving! Besides, Gunthers will fire you after they get informed that because of all the points you got for them they get a fun audit and all those points on their record and have fun getting in compliance because you were the one that brought them all that attention and even got them shut down due to equipment violations!

Yes, because you drove something needing repair you get the ticket and share the points with your oh so wonderful company! But why are you the only one getting these tickets? Does you co driver drag you into the drivers seat when the lights come on to pull over?

Ever heard the saying "Just say NO?"

My suggestion is to just forget about attempting to be a truck driver and maybe go get a job on a dock so you can be close to what you actually threw away after the 2nd ticket doing what you claim for this company and not growing a pair and leaving after the first time getting bent over a tank!

As for the "Made me drive teams"
    BULL!
Didn't anyone hold a gun to your head!
That sentence comes out of some moron desk jockeys blowhole in their face under their nose they can watch the door hit me where God split me and watch my tail lights as they pull out of their drive way!

    11 cents a mile?
    ROFLMAO!
Must have been a shotgun held to your head and they have your wife and 3 daughters locked in a cage to drive for that crapola pay!
Sorry dude, but there's NO ONE to blame but your self

    :biggrin_2553:

    Here's more on them! http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr.../99513-gunthers-transport-baltimore-md-3.html

Yes hopefully, maybe someone here who maybe isn't such the expert as many of these other Swift drivers seem to be can help you out, especially with the new job maybe.

This is crazy....really? You run this way? And blame the company? I'm not gonna be nice about it....YOUR AN IDIOT!!!!! Plain and simple. A HUGE IDIOT!! You have a right to REFUSE TO DRIVE THE TRUCK! Its not the company's ### when you get caught! Remember, you worked to get to where you are and now throwing it all away for what? Making them a dollar and you lose everything! That is what is going to happen. If you had stopped after the first time getting in trouble or when they asked you to do something illegal, you would have a better job someplace a whole lot better than what you are in now! GET OUT NOW!!! You are digging yourself a bigger hole by staying there. There is someone somewhere out there that will hire you, just keep looking. In the meantime, you are better off at home unemployed than staying there at that crap company, if they are as bad as you say they are.

We had a DOT inspector at our school a few days ago. From what I understand, if you are cited for those types of safety violations (brakes, triangles, extinguisher, sticker, etc) They will NOT allow the truck to move until those items are addressed on the spot. If it is a mechanical issue that cannot be repaired on site, they will allow the truck to move, so long as it is attached to a tow truck. So while you may have been ticketed for the items you mentioned, I don't understand how the truck was allowed to keep moving without the deficiencies being corrected.

Perhaps this thread was started by a troll looking for a good time online.

    Smaggs, perhaps.

Regarding the question about Swift. Other than myself, I can only identify one other known Swiftie in this thread.

And this O/P is SOL with working for Swift...or Werner...or JB Hunt...or Prime...or any of the other "usual suspects." He has disqalified himself with the tickets and resulting CSA points.

Mr. Blanks, I have seen your posts and paid attenton. While you do have some good information to share, it seems you have a bit of a chip on your shoulder regarding large US-based companies. Perhaps if you learn a bit more about them rather than repeat south-of-the-border conjecture, you might feel differently. But I doubt it. You seem to be very used to running them down with the same tired old phraseology that has been in use since before you got your learning permit.

You just have yourself a wonderful day.

Injun, I apologize to those offended by my use of Swift as the standard for incompetence and inexperience in the Industry but since Schneider raised their speed limiters to 65mph no particular company stands out from the rest as they did and were much maligned for. You are correct that I use this term having picked it up listening to other drivers though I have had two very bad experiences myself recently with Swift drivers trying to use my truck as a bumper on their sight seeing tours through parking lots, not that others haven't done so. Actually I always found Schneider drivers to be some of the best out there and never had a problem since they got over Jimmy Carter's speed limit.

In Canada we have no such standard barer, I'm not sure why maybe bcuz turnover isn't at 95%, yet?
