    Doesn't suprise me, cellphone service has exploded in Mexico over the last 5 years. They've become dirt cheap that even the poor day laborers are able to afford them.

    I'm able to get very good digital service down there and the international rates to calls back to the US are cheaper than a traditional landline phone card. I was even able to direct dial without having to dial "001" for the US in some areas.
