WallyWorld knows what they're doing... they get all the loads in front of you done, then work the heck out of your load to get you done before the detention clause kicks in.

Harrisonburg VA... at the chicken house. Dang chickens ain't dead yet...

At the Terminal in Salt Lake City, headed up to Sugar City, ID to grab a load going to FL that I'm going to drop either in Springfield or Atlanta. I like the fact that in the load info for this load it says "Unloading included in rate", which is a fancy way of saying "Lumpers not reimbursed".

I was there (Pittston) twice last week. It is a mess! But it is good to see progress being made.
Wheel of Fortune for loads today landed me a short trip to grab a load at Simmons in SW City, MO (on the back country roads!) to bring to SPRIMO, with the promise of a pre-plan to get me out of here and not have to spend the weekend. SO, in the morning, another driver will be bringing a load in for me to take up to Corinne, UT for Monday afternoon. It came from Bradenton, so we all know it won't be the best paying per mile, but it is better than sitting at the terminal all weekend waiting for something "better". Like IronPony says, at Springfield you can't be picky!
Sazook, if you are bringing potatoes down to Springfield from Idaho and I am taking a load to Utah, we probably will pass each other somewhere along the way...

Dropped the last of my apocalypse chicken at Wintersville. Yeah! Even found a place to park at the little truckstop up here... glad I can manage to parallel park this thing - no thanks to all of the USA bobtails in this place.

They're like flys... so #### many of them, so #### useless! :biggrin_2559:

Actually made it Pittston the other night... boy, they are really trying to hold off doing anything about the potholes until the construction is finished!

Trailer work done, Annual tractor inspect done...

Dropped my trailer at Kraft in Bethlehem, and then got a load of produce out of Vineland NJ.

I was 3rd out of 6 Prime trucks to arrive, truck number 4 got to drop and hook... so he left first, I was out 2nd.

Spent the night in Elkton MD... took the 70 to 68 route then back to 70... I hoped to fuel at the Pilot in Grantsville, MD... Nope, they sent me to Bentlyville which means I had to take US-40 to PA-43 to 70... that route is pretty easy when you only have 10-12k on board.

Camping at Meijer's DC inbound lot, North of Dayton, OH. 0300 delivery.
