I read an update on this last nite, that it was the word of a 'psychic' that brought the cops and that no bodies were found. Officials said there was blood on a door and a foul odor, but that someone had attempted to commit suicide a week or so before and they attributed it to that.

Wierd thing that I found extremely odd is that the story would break like it did and then there would be an official word that there were no bodies, but that they were investigating the property for more bodies. Say what? :biggrin_2556:

Sure it is, only thing different is the news happens quicker. But hey, the America we grew up in was not paying attention to the news. So if you want it to be cheery again, stop listening or reading the news.

    Good luck on that :biggrin_25523:

This was a weird story. If you followed it yesterday, different reports, all within the same article, would say both that they found bodies and that they didn't find bodies. It's all very strange. Did anyone catch that the owner of this house was a truck driver? I figured that little detail would get prominent airing due to society's distain for truck drivers, but I guess I was wrong.

Yeah, I caught that. Sounded like it was owner(s), so I was assuming husband/wife team. Said they rented the house out to tenents.

Yep, that's how it first broke yesterday...which makes the following stories that much more odd. First there are bodies, then there are not, then there are and they are searching for more, then there are not and they are searching for the 'psychic' instead.

    Weird. :biggrin_2556:
