I would think 11-Western would be considered OTR. That's everything within Mountain and Pacific Time Zones. Part-time? I dunno.

 

I'd go with yes, but it's likely to vary by company.

 

I'd say so....Especially running 70, 90, US 160 can get you boned up on experiences,...

 

I ran regional (WA, OR and ID) and have been told by most companies that they "consider it OTR if you use a logbook" IE: over 100 miles and sleep on the road.

The only one that got more specific was Interstate. When they found out I has a 3 state regional driver they wanted to make sure I'd done some mountain passes. I replied with 2 winters of Snowqualmie, Mt Hood, 3 Sisters, Grants, and Bluitt all at 100k gross weight. He said I was more than qualified at that point.
