Do any drivers out there work or have worked for Republic Express Inc. out of St Paul MN / Hudson WI? I'm just looking into the company. They seem to have decent trucks and good pay/benefits.

I'm scared to get involved with another bad company that dosn't care about wasting my life, screwing my record and the like...

I guess no news is good news. If they were screwing too many drivers I'm sure somebody would post about them...

If anybody has worked for them, What are their major lanes? What's the worst part? What's the best part?

The only thing I can tell you is they are not big, actually very small, and they advertise for drivers more than jb hunt. Seems fishy

I smell what yer steppin in! I've seen their ads week after week looking for drivers but they only have 25 trucks. That does seem like something must be wrong.

I have worked for Republic Express Inc. They do go thru alot of drivers. If you like to run they will run you. They are a 48 state carrier, but most of thier loads go out east.
The biggest thing about them is that they will take advantage of you. The loads have priority over your life, They have troubles getting you home when you want.
But if you want to run they will keep you busy.
Usually the trucks are traded in every 3 to 4 years.

I was there! The one thing I can tell you is they will run you long and hard with Forced Dispatching. So if you value home time don't go there. If you value vehicle maintenance don't go there. I've have never so many trailers with issues. Any company I consider you should look up there safety score at the fmcsa web site.

Yes, I have worked for them 3 times. Jim is a very caring and wonderful man. He helped me to help my family a number of times. The equipment is top of the line, with fridges, inverters, and maintenance is taken care of asap. Miles are super if you can run, you will. Pay and bens are great for a small company. Have nothing but love for the Republic family.
