detroit ecm wires convert freightliner to kenworth

    Hi I recent bought a rebuilt motor detroit for my kenworth.
    It seems ecm was wires going to ecm are set for freightliner. I need to convert them for kenworth. Issue is tring to get cruise control to work has not since put new motor in. Be awesome if someone had diagram of both or tips or other ideas thx.

    All cruise wiring is in vehicle harness wiring not engine , ddecIII and ddecIV have the same pin numbers - if you went from ddecII to ddec III or IV then you would have to change wiring harness- but you did,nt say what series engine you had , lots of things stop cruise from working - have you checked clutch and brake switch is your vss wiring hooked up to the vehicle harness
