Great questions... On the insurance no we pay for all insurance that includes unladen liabilty and tractor comp and Collision. On the base plates and permits that is driver pay although we will take the upfront hit and pay that then spread out the payback for the Driver over a 90 day period. We pay Fuel tax and weekly settlements our done. Driver is responsible for Reefer fuel.
Our Freight percentage is as follows- 95% outbound is all customer, 60% all inbound is all Customer. We are on an average of 45% brokerage.
As far as the CPM -What you will get is Insurance completely paid,Fuel Card with Weekly cash advance, a New trailer That we pay all repairs and issues for, We will cover your out of pocket cost upfront, Repairs, Tags, Permits, We pay lumpers 100%, 24\7 Driver dispatch.
We also, have a truck purchase program. If your truck is not getting the Fuel mileage it needs to be or is in the shop alot we can upgrade you and carry the note. Driver picks the truck and what kind.. Now there are a few restrictions in that clause. Were looking for good soild fuel efficient trucks.
