If you touch the bumper of a totalled car trying to get around it

    Errrrr if "you" hit it then then it was a accident, if "you" dont stop you just comitted at hit n run.....

    Yes.. you touched it and are considered a participant to the accident. I doubt you would get in trouble unless you made it a lot worse but still.

    if you had to ask that question you need to ask yourself ( DO I REALLY NEED TO BE BEHIND THE WHEEL OF A TRUCK? ) ...... shaking head in disbeleif..........

    Was watching another driver. Cars bumper was sticking out and it looked like he touched but I couldn't be sure. Guy who was driving car didn't complain or tell driver to stop. Was just wondering.
