    For those of you that factor, intend to factor, or intend to switch factoring companies, do your homework.

    TCI Business Capital is holding $10,000 from a company for closing down. Because the company could not make it, they decided to keep the final $10,000 that was coming to the trucking company.

    Their reason: Unable to fulfill the quota signed on the contract.

    Well, yes, if you're closing down you won't be able to fulfill your quota. For those of you that do factor with TCI, I feel for you. For those of you that don't, consider yourselves lucky.

    That's a pretty scary way to run a business.

    Ian4UK, how are they preventing you from switching? People switch factors all the time...is something buried in the fine print?
