    Thanks

    I know when I was MicroBlue that it was discussed that the high tech world of Indy Car racing here that most of the engineers on those teams are British if that means anything since alot of F1 teams are based in Britian.

    Let me add that I installed Airtabs and Deflecktor wheel covers this weekend after that I have 5 dedicated runs to compare with this month.

    MicroBlue Treated and Coated Wheel Bearings Dedicated Runs
    7/1/11 = 8.68 mpg
    7/6/11 = 8.81 mpg
    7/8/11 = 8.61 mpg
    7/13/11 = 8.51 mpg
    7/15/11 = 8.62 mpg
    Average = 8.65 mpg

    Dedicated Runs in June before MicroBlue
    6/1/11 = 8.01 mpg
    6/7/11 = 8.59 mpg
    6/14/11 = 7.98 mpg
    6/15/11 = 8.50 mpg
    6/17/11 = 8.26 mpg
    Average = 8.27 mpg

    Looks like around 4/10ths to 1/2 mpg improvement.

    Can't wait to get the MicroBlued rear ends installed.

    It is from the racing world and most bearing manufacturers have this technology too, but do not share it with the industry due to increased production cost.

    It is not just a coating, it is treatment where the metal is micro-polished and then coated.

    Here is MicroBlue Racing's website for more information: http://www.microblueracing.com/

    They are starting to stock some the big truck wheel bearings alreadymicro-polished and coated.

    Rolling resistance and friction/drag in the powertrain are huge in the trucking industry. MicroBlue helps eliminate that drag and even wear.

    I am having both of my Eaton rear ends MicroBlue micro-polished and coated to have installed by August 1st to see the difference there.

    Can you keep me posted on how it works? I would def get it done if it show a difference.

    I don't think we are going off subject , just trying to show you how we do it here maybe you will find an idea you can use on your trucks just like I've just learnt something new from you.
