I have a new FM again...He is supposed to be permanent. The other one I had was just a fill in until I got my new one. I emailed him the other day to let him know my schedule for the day, so when he came into work he would know where I was and will be at what time. This was at 04:00...@04:45 I got an email response back from him. That night he was still emailing me # 21:00...He definitely tries to keep communications up.
As far as deliveries go, I am always there way early unless they put me on something that is impossible to be there on time. I always send a message and inform them if I will be late.
I get decent miles and pay stays where I want it most weeks, but I have sit every single weekend for the past 8 weeks, not including my hometime.
Got a load the other day to bring home, and I was supposed to be home for 3 days, but the load has to be there on Tue so I have to leave early. Sucks, and I tried to get it changed, but never heard anything back.

Your an exception to what appears to be the rule. I've never seen such a disorganized mess in my life. No wonder the exit gates stay full.

Update on my FM, and my hometime this weekend. I am still here for the extra day that I was owed. My FM all day yesterday communicated with me through email, while at home on his off time to get someone to come through and get my load so I could get my other day home with my wife. My new FM is awesome, and hope things stay this good.
Thomas0810 Thanks this. -

if you don't like an answer you get, talk to saftey.
Or try and talk to your FM's supervisor.
Ask the operator for you fm's supervisor.
I just asked to switch fleet managers. Mine kinda sucks. He just never has time for me. I always feel like i am bothering him, so we don't communicate much. -
My guy is good, the fm is not the only one involved here. I know I sound like a broken record, I keep trying to figure out the internal workings there in Van Buren, its like OZ.
