New driver with a few questions!!!

I would focus on what these companies can offer in the long run. One of those mentioned is plain and simple going to bug you to death to LEASE a truck from them. It would get very old in a very short time, the other out of Dallas has a reputation of rarely getting drivers home for months! And the last is just taking a lot of abuse that the other big companies did when they were the top of the heap in size and numbers of new drivers through their system. I have been to their site a few times snooping and they do offer a lot more varied opportunities in the career field. Remember that these larger companies are mainly told apart by the color of the trucks. Personally, I'd stay away from CR England, If I were single and not looking even remotely for hometime, I'd pick Stevens (Reefer freight of course) and If I were looking to have a lot of opportunities but willing to put up with the childish remarks from steering wheel holders, I'd go with Swift. I have a co-worker who worked there a a dedicated driver with them who pulled bubble wrap and made over $50k per year. It's all about getting in and getting on a good account. The company definitely doesnt make the driver. Good Luck with your decision
