Now to dispute your statement that NV it is illegal to drive a normal vehicle if you have a CDL and a .04 bac or higher.

Taken directly from the CDL manual from the nevada dmv website.
    http://www.dmvnv.com/pdfforms/dlbookcomm.pdf

What I find funny is that the two states you specifically pointed out clearly state in the CDL manual that is not the case when so many others don't say this as clearly.

edit: sorry turnanburn seems we're both researching the same thing and your faster on the draw.

I agree it is irresponsible to operate a vehicle with any alcohol in your system but to misquote laws on hearsay is only going to perpetuate myth's about a CDL holder and DUI's.

I am only trying to clear up what seems to be a clear misconception of this law.

Moot point, not mute. Mute means you can't speak.

Find any degree of fault in this.......

English (always spelled with a capital "E", no matter it's use) is a descriptive term qualifying nationality, or the use of language....specifically it is the English language.

The use of this English language is known as GRAMMAR....the proper use of this would include punctuation.

In your case....you are wrong in the very first sentence....since I can't say for certain...but I really don't think there are any "Bobbies" posting on this forum.....English Police.....brother!

Right, it's not about British people, it's about spelling, punctuation, and overall grammar.

Lighten up, people, there's no test at the end of the thread.

*Hey ronin....that should be a comma after "spelling", not a period. And another comma after "puctuation"!*

    :biggrin_2559: :biggrin_25525: :biggrin_2558:

There are a few other Punctuation errors.....but I can ignore those for now!:yes2557:
