Now to dispute your statement that NV it is illegal to drive a normal vehicle if you have a CDL and a .04 bac or higher.

What I find funny is that the two states you specifically pointed out clearly state in the CDL manual that is not the case when so many others don't say this as clearly.

English (always spelled with a capital "E", no matter it's use) is a descriptive term qualifying nationality, or the use of language....specifically it is the English language.
The use of this English language is known as GRAMMAR....the proper use of this would include punctuation.
In your case....you are wrong in the very first sentence....since I can't say for certain...but I really don't think there are any "Bobbies" posting on this forum.....English Police.....brother! -
