Ya I am quite farmiliar with these companies also. But, you don't have to just be a driver for them to get ripped. It is also something that their daughter Connie won't even put her name on none of the papers for anything because she doesn't want to go down with them. But, Connie Frazier is just as crooked. I know I wouldn't want to use anything that has been put into the cold storage, I remember they had chicken, and beef in the cold storage to be reloaded on another trailer, and some was put right on the floor (fell on the floor) and they still loaded it to be shipped. I wouldn't even trust the shop either ( southern Wi diesel and trailer repair) All shade tree mechanics, you would get ripped there too. Now I have heard that there recent accident was an older lady just recently had an accident with them and really hurt herself bad, she it sounds like could have died from it. All Darrell did was yell at her from it. This coming definently will screw you on your pay, and mess up your taxes big time.
They say family oriented ha!ha! that's funny. I knew of a time that one of the drivers was suppose to load in this one area, and the driver refused the load because he would not go in a certain part of a certain city in Jersey, and darrell shut off his fuel cards. He ended up putting everything out of his pocket in his fuel tank and drove home, and parked the truck back in the lot and he quit. Darrell and Dan Wessels both need to take anger managment classes. If there is any way they can screw you the will. Well now I here, that Dan is trying to sell everything in Blue River, and Darrell isn't around anymore. He either moved to either 2 places Detroit Michigan, or Orchard Iowa, he has supposingly bought a 60 truck fleet in either one of these places, and got out of dodge, so now he can start all over and screw somebody else, and their families that is tring hard to make a living. But, Darrell has a saying that he likes to use, YOU CAN'T GET RICH BEING A NICE GUY!!!!!!!!!! so drivers please beware. Watch out for these people you will only get crashed and burnt, and also if you buy any vehicles from these guys from their car lot in Muscoda Wi, at Southwest Auto it's hard to say what you will get just like their trucks. Good Day to you all and watch out for these crooks. There is alot more I could tell you but, hopefully feds, dot and all of above will catch these guys in the act and ruin them forever, so they can't hurt anymore families.

 

Ya! I am very familiar with these crooks. Every single one of them. They had really done me and my family wrong. Are you positive that the shop is totally finished? Because, I would be very happy of that. Darrel and his son also had a company called D&D construction were they built and financed homes. They really screwed alot of people in that too. They also used peoples homes for collateral to be able to afford to build some of the shop that was newly added on, and to purchase some of their trucks. Well trucks that they use to have. I had alot of friends that drove for these guys, and it would be all of our wishes to see all of these wessels get what they deserve. I have all the hatred in the world for these people. I wish everyday that they will recieve what everyone of them deserve. I never drove for these guys my husband did, but, I did work for them, and they made my life hell, and I am still living with the nightmare. They seemed to get away with alot, and made the hardest working people that actually worked hard, wished to have never met them. I know more than I would really like to know about these people way!!!!!! to much. But, no matter how much you know, or have proof about, never seems to be enough for us to be able to win. I just wish all the people that worked for them between driving truck for them or worked in their offices would finally get their justice, In being able for these companies owned by the wessels to finally lose it all, to where they can't hurt nobody else.

 

OOIDA can't do crap about these small fly-by-night outfits, and I doubt they would waste their time....
1st hand experience

 

I am also a wife of one of these truck drivers. The last month he worked there, I went on a trip with him out east. I was totally shocked with the forced illegal runs my husband had to do. The non stop harrassment over people net telling him he had 18 hours to get to Boston after he drove 9 hours that day and telling him he better make that run. No sleep, it was very scary.

The last two weeks he ran a couple of trailers to Fort Wayne and had to drive trucks that broke down, was not paid when he got back because Melody told him they changed the policy and no longer pay for all the dead head he did and when he asked about reimbursements, she told him they were not approved. It was nuts.

He never knew what truck he was getting in from one minute to the next. Darell even came out and moved my personal vehicle out of my driveway while I was home with a tow truck to snatch the truck he was using and when I ran out to ask him what he was doing, he said he needed the truck. Hundreds of dollars of personal belongings were in that truck and you would think he would at least let my husband know he was taking his truck with all his stuff in it and letting another driver use it while my husband was in Boscobel running errands.

I asked him why he did not at least call and knock on my door before he towed my vehicle out of the way and his answer was "I didn't think you were home". His response to why he didn't call was "I lost your phone number".

His clothes, food and electronics, tv, converters, refergerator, sirrus radio, all taken and before he got back the truck was already out of the yard and gone.

We were one of the few lucky ones and collected unemployement until he could find another job.

When he got his new job, he had not realized how abused he had been and it took some getting use to working for the new company. He is doing well now, but honestly, what did this man ever do to them? They hung on to a few of the drivers, some of them didn't mind driving illegal, my husband hated it, and we think he was let go sooner because he wouldn't.

That week I went on the road with him, it was unbelieveable, my husband had to excuse himself for being late to Boston receivers because they were all over him for not being there in 18 hours after already driving 9 hours. They counted the exact time it took from Chicago to Boston and gave him no breaks. They didn't even tell him they set that appointment up at that time, until they left message on the people net that he had not be late he had exactly 18 hours to get there and no messing around.

He got a bill last week for a New York toll, that RJM never paid, four months old. Thought they paid it. He worked the last two weeks hauling trailers and was told he was getting mileage pay, until he went to pick up his check at which time they said they changed the dead head policy and there is no pay for that now.

He came home that day with a check that said he owed RJM 27 dollars. He said I stood right there and Melody got up in my face and flat ### told me she was ripping me off with a smile.

We drove by there before we left on Monday, there is still people in the shop, lots of trailers there, no trucks, and one trailer outside the yard on the side of the road, sunked into the ground. We wondered what that was all about.

What a nightmare these people were.

They have lawsuits in court access for judgement from Platteville Bank, Stark Agency which is about non payment of a house they had that buyers did not make payment on, and they have other judgements from Baltimore and other places with one intentional tort. The court records show a motion to turn over all books and computers from the bank. Others are still pending with over 100 different alias names they have used over the years.

It's so pathetic. So sad, all I can say is we were #### lucky when we got out.

 

We need to take these down. Just need the right connections
