LLC OR INC Before I purchase?

    Hey guys (and gals), I am going to buy my truck next week and wish to know if I should establish an LLC or INC before I sign on the dotted line or can I purchase it as an individual and work on it later?
    The truck will be purchased through my local Freightliner dealership and leased onto a container company.

    Contact your CPA they will be able to tell you which is best for your situation. I would get started on it now, it isn't that hard to do.

    BTW mine advised INC for me rather than LLC. I dunno why, some thing with taxes etc.
