I Start school on the 29th "this monday"
I notice PAM is team driving only and they start out with 17.5 cents a mile. Plus paying back 45 dollars a week for a whole year to pay back 2000 bucks for the schooling.
That sounds like its really low pay. Does team drivers still only adverage 2200 to 2500 miles a week? If so thats only 20 grand a year with team driving.

Pam is not team driving only thats just another recruiter lie.
They run solo also. -

I am supposed to start school on Sept 12th. In asheboro nc
Anyone have any ideas what solo pay is if they cant find a co driver for you?
and are team miles a total of miles for both people combined? ie... 4k per wk -
thats what im trying to figure out. how the team miles works with pay.
like if im getting 17.5 cents a mile is that even when my partner is driving -
solo starting pay is .25 if you come from a school and .175 is for all miles you and co-driver drive.
-
It's up to you and your partner to split the driving miles. That doesn't always work.
J R W Thanks this. -
that doesnt make sense. that means team driving you would make extremly less money. I think skokz is saying you make 17.5 cents a mile even when your partner is driving

5000 miles a week divided by two drivers...
-
5000 x .175 = 875 your pay a week team driver
2500 x .25 = 625 your pay a week solo driver
So just rough estimates but for the extra two hundred dollars is it worth having to share a cramped truck with a stranger.
Having to sleep when truck is moving down the road bouncing all over the bunk since you are not gonna be on smooth roads the whole time you are trying to sleep.
Hopefully you get the idea!
