Watched a trainer working with a trainee today....backing into a space at a Love's in IN. Unfortunately, the trainer decided to have the trainee back into a spot that required him to set up right in front of and perpendicular to the fuel pump area, and this trainee was evidently very green. This was mid-morning, when the t/s was relatively empty.

I finally got on the CB (for what it was worth) and contributed my two cents...but I don't think it was on....

Are there any drivers on here who are fleet owners with CRE? I have some questions to ask about getting that started.

You buy you're first truck after you've completed a lease. When you are half way through the paymebt schedule on the first trucl you can buy a second.

Your fleetcan be all OTR and no more than one truck from your fleet on any one dedicated fleet.

I agree with you I have lived in three different countries the US being the third. You are right about a strong central democratic elected government.
One that is for the people by the people, what we have now is a system that is by the wealthy powerful for the wealthy and powerfull

I went to CR Englands Driving School in SLC. I loved being there. I loved the company. I had my own bad experiences there (during school, in otr trainning and after I graduated and leased), but I chose not to dwell on them. I was told by a few drivers who went through driving schools at companies other than England, that EVERY school has negative sides so it did not matter where you, just that you stick with it and do not quit. Everyone has to pay the same price to be a driver. Make the most of it, try to have fun and laugh a lot. It will be what you make of it. I heard all kinds of crap about every school. My Ex was a mentor at CRST who started his career at FFEs driving school. My best friend went to Swift for school 7 years ago, and just signed a lease at swift. Another good friend went to Stevens Driving School. After looking at Central Refriderateds driving school, I sorta wish I had went there just because of the cheaper payments. I would also not discount Squire School which is owned by Knight Transportation. Look at them all, but keep in mind that no matter where you go, there will be times that crappy stuff will happen and make you mad, but in the end it is the price that is paid to become a professional driver.

    Lol.....

From what I've read here lately, CRST really ain't much better. There's just as many people, if not a little more crying about CRST cheating them out of everything possible far more than England.

None of them big companies that give people with no experience and a "not-so-perfect" past a chance are worth it. Listen to all the "wise" on here and just stay away from trucking all together.
