Take a screen shot of the QC with your cell phone. The original message stream is maintained on backup tapes at QualComm's facility in San Diego - they can always be accessed with a court order.

    Rollover the Original Thanks this.

And if you need something older than that the fight is lost but Martin can change anything they want but as soon as they hit that send button it's copied to Qualcoms servers! As noted they can do whatever they want on their end but QC having been in a few legal battles due to lawyers needing files, keeps everything as it flows through so Martin isn't changing anything just adding more to their down fall in a legal battle.

The same if they send a mechanic to your truck and delete the messages off your keyboard. You can do the same and it still does not matter as, well, it's on the servers at that friend called Qualcomm! It's their records you will need in a legal battle NOT what any BFI brings to the court room!

And if you want, as IP said, just take a picture of every message or the questionable ones and keep them on a flash drive or in the computer.

I would not recommend Marten to anyone.Yes they are liars and do take money that doesnt belong to them.Recently my B/F just found out he has not been reimbursed for scale tickets and also trailer washouts. And when you call them up to discuss the matter they know everything and the driver knows nothing.Miles have dropped alot, pay sucks and our truck recently broke down,(water censor, air conditioning and apu all in 24 hours. We were told truck wouldnt be ready until friday so we are stuck.Road service informed us to find a motel that takes t checks,or go cash one, ummm hello truck is in shop you idiot, how are we suppose to run around doing this crap?Motels dont take checks so needless to say we had to pay for it up front,I DOUBT HIGHLY we will be reimbursed for this..So needless to say it was either pay for it or stay on the streets for 2 days.At first this company was good but over a few months span they have gone downhill, weekend and night dispatch could care less and dont respond to messages, they no longer care about their drivers, all they care about is what goes in their pockets. The list goes on but this is what we have recently encountered...
