Been out of school for a while, what companies offer the best refreshers

Well I'm back, my day job (non driving) is really starting to suck need a new challenge. Looking at using the CDL that has been in my pocket since 08. Never had much luck at getting a job when I got out of school back in October 08 because of new driver freeze that a lot of them put on hiring.

I have a cdl-a with doubles and triples and tanker and hazmat.

What are the best companies that would take me with no experience, and a cdl with doubles, triples hazmat and tanker. No accidents in last 5 years and no tickets in last 5. no dui's ever. Living in baltimore
