If you don't already have problems that you are currently addressing with your Doctor you don't need to bring anything. If you are already addressing issues with your Dr. Then yes bring all the paperwork.
The only reason I'm going to MO instead of Pittston for orientation is I want to have the sleep study done. They don't have the facilities for that in Pittston.
I could have arranged for it to be done here at home and have my Insurance pay for it, but they were booked out till late Nov. I didn't want to wait that long.
Now my question....
Does any one know if they say that I need the Apnea machine, will they let me pay for it using my current medical insurance or is it mandatory that I pay Prime out of my check?

I was going to get my CDL permit here in NY before I went for training but they want a DOT physical first before I can get the permit. I dont have medical insurance right now because im unemployed so my doctor will charge me way to much to get it done. Oh well guess ill just study here at home before I go then get it all done in SpringMO.

I'm going to sound like a total Wannabe, but where is Pittston? I read many folks going there, but....WHERE?!?

I have another question to any of the Prime old timers. Back in my days of trucking a company called TRL (Trans Refrigerated Lines) had a terminal out of Pittston. Did Prime buy them out, and is there old terminal where Primes is today?
There used to be another Trucking Terminal across the street from them(TRL). I believe it was DT (Direct Transit). -

You can look online for recent articles about the renovation... One trucker paper was calling it the "taj mahal" of the NE.
Its been a long process and I did go through the new in and out bays last month. Didn't tour the new main building.
One of the bays doubles as an indoor truck scale!
