    umm what is he doing walking along the Interstate anyway? thats illegal, but I feel bad for the guy who got hit hopefully they can find closure once they find his family.

    I like that quote "they want somebody to come forward to explain what happened". What they mean is somebody who will come forward and blame the driver.

    Possibly a suicide?

    But then again, why wouldn't the truck stop, unless it's some of the crap trucks that run around ATL, I wouldn't be suprised of them not stopping.

    SHO-TYME read the other articles. The truck did stop, the driver was not detained as he was ruled not at fault. Cops also stated that speed and alcohol/drugs were not a factor in the incident. None of that could be established without the driver being present.

    i was in the hammer lane (CB was sleeping) last week on I ~ 10 headed east in New Mexico, it was late, dark (obviously) and raining off and on, I was in the process of passing several trucks...i was running 78...and I saw something moving REALLY close to the line (drivers side) as i got closer....it was a man wearing black pants, dark brown jacket with his hood on head down, just about walking on that line......towards me...there was no where to go....thank goodness he didnt step out in front of me...scared the beans outta me for sure...
